Fujifilm worked closely with Glunz & Jensen to develop the latest generation of the highly successful FLH range of processors. The FLH-Z models employ unique Fujifilm 'ZAC' technology providing the optimal processing conditions that are particularly suited to FM and hybrid screening.

Expert 'ZAC' technology minimises chemistry usage:
All FLH-Z processors are fitted with the very latest 'ZAC' intelligent microprocessor control system which determines the optimum replenishment rate by measuring chemistry conductivity. Consequently, the best possible development conditions are maintained, irrespective of changes in plate volume or image area. Such consistency with reduced chemistry usage leads to environmental benefits and lower operating costs.

Based on many years of processor manufacture, the unit is built to last:
The processor relies on a robust chain drive mechanism to power the rollers. Although, from the exterior it may look like just another processor, underneath there is a wealth of expertise and experience in processor manufacturing. With simple cleaning and maintenance, the unit will run reliably day in and day out.

Easy to use, service and maintain:
The unit has been designed for easy access to the rollers, filter and chemistry section reducing maintenance time to a minimum. For instance, rollers have quick release couplings and can be removed individually rather than in pairs. The electronics system supports remote diagnostics and online error reporting.

Designed for online or offline use:
Optional platesetter interfaces allow the processor to run online to most thermal platesetters. Input and delivery tables are also available for offline use.
