PlateRite PT-R8 series Multi-cassette Autoloader
The PlateRite PT-R8 series Multi-cassette Autoloader (MAL) is compatible with the PlateRite PT-R8 series thermal platesetters. The MAL has automatic interleaf removal with a maximum of 5 cassettes each holding 100 plates.
Supports unattended operation:
The MAL increases the efficiency of the PT-R8600S by supporting up to 23 hours unattended plate production (PT-R8600S @ 22 plates/hour).
Automatic Interleaf Removal:
Interleaf paper is automatically removed prior to the plate being loaded into the imaging unit. Waste interleaf paper is delivered outside of the machine reducing the requirement for regular emptying.
Automatic plate selection from 5 cassettes:
Up to 5 different plate sizes can be held on line with the autoloader automatically selecting the correct cassette for the current job.
