Luxel V-6e CTP
Available in manual and semi-automatic configurations, the Luxel V-6e platesetter is a high quality B2 CTP violet photopolymer platesetter. The system delivers a low cost of ownership with consistent high quality production of up to 10pph at 2400dpi. Users looking to increase productivity can easily upgrade to 15pph.
Compatible with most B2 press sizes:
Suitable for high quality commercial printers, the Luxel V-6e CTP accommodates a wide range of plate sizes. With a maximum plate size of 765mm x 686mm x 0.3mm, the Luxel V-6e is compatible with most B2 presses. In addition, the smallest size of 350mm x 350mm x 0.15mm (see specification) further extends the systems flexibility. Plates are accurately registered during imaging for offline punching prior to going on press. The systems ability to image both landscape and portrait allows users to produce plates for sheet and web presses.
Easy to use, service and maintain:
An innovative operator interface available on the RIP PC or optional platesetter control panel features icons and graphics for quick and easy machine operation and maintenance. The maintenance and serviceability of the system has also been designed for use with remote diagnostics.

In addition, the use of Brillia LP-NV means that systems are kept in production for up to 4 weeks without down time for processor cleaning.
